Ripplebrook Primary School OSHC (Outside of School Hours Care) is a school council run not for profit program providing after school care for families within our school community. The service is an approved Child Care Subsidy Provider.

Objectives
• To provide a range of stimulating, varied and age appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• To promote independence, individuality, creativity, self-esteem, and self confidence in every child
• To complement school activities, philosophies, and policies
• Promote heathy eating by providing afternoon tea at no extra cost

Hours of Operation

• The After School Care Program operates between 3:15 pm and 5:45 pm on days when school is open.
• Closed on Curriculum Days and School Holidays and if unable to staff the service
  
  

Cost

After School Care - $40 Casual, If you use our service 5 days a week there is a 10% discount that is applied to your booking for the week.

Late Fee

Late Fee may occur if students are not picked up on time or prearranged with the OSHC Admin.

Enrolment and Bookings

• An enrolment form mustbe completed prior to a child attending the program. We would strongly encourage you to complete an enrolment form to register for OSHC if there is any chance that you will ever need after school care at the last minute.
• Ripplebrook OSHC can provide care for up to 15 children per session.

There are 2 different types of bookings available.
1. Permanent bookings – these booking are an ongoing booking of the same days and sessions every week. This type of booking attracts a fee discount and are given priority. To make a permanent booking please contact the OSHC Administration Manager on 56276278
2. Casual Bookings – Can be made as required, using the Xplor Home app (once enrolment has been complete). Casual bookings are dependent on the availability in the session you are booking for.

How to Make a Booking

Bookings will be made through your Home App you download once enrolment is completed.

Online bookings will be open till 2:00 pm on the day, booking after that time will need to be made via a phone call to the school office right up till 3:00 pm (5627 6278)
